Course Tutor:
Dr. Brian Rosenberg -
B.D.S. (v.u.m.) |
Brian will talk about he routinely utilises the various fibres and products manufactured in Finland by Stick, usually with the help of GC's Gradia Direct and other GC products to provide for his patients the following DIRECT restorations: post and cores; veneers; posterior inlays; anterior crowns; splints; both cantilevered and fixed-fixed bridges; and immediate bridges.
These restorations are all made directly in his patient's mouths, in just one visit, often with no damage to any retaining teeth and usually without the need for local anaesthetic – unless there is a tooth to be extracted first.
In the lecture part of this course, absolutely all of these relatively simple to learn restorative techniques, including their long term care, will be discussed with the help of Brian's own case studies and tips.
During the hands-on element, Brian will demonstrate how to build up a badly broken down tooth as well as replace a missing one. He will then help delegates become proficient at these direct FRC techniques whilst they practice at one of the skills stations.
This course will allow dental clinicians the opportunity to build up the necessary knowledge and skills to immediately return to their practices and offer their patients both temporary and permanent direct restorative alternatives to many of the existing indirect procedures routinely being used today.
