Consideration of when periodontal surgery may be of benefit to your patients and how periodontal treatment aims can be achieved with the correct use of surgical techniques. Contra-indications, including medical problems will be considered.

A look at the various surgical procedures that have been used in the treatment of periodontal disease, focusing on those techniques that are most relevant today.
